Estimates and proposals

Prices on this website are estimates built from the pieces you mark and the answers you give. Your proposal is one all-in price with the deliverables listed underneath. It becomes final once the details are confirmed and your contract is signed. Custom pieces are priced after a conversation or a site visit.

Deposit

A 50% deposit of the proposal, before sales tax, secures your date. The deposit is not refundable: it secures materials, equipment and the first phase of labor for your event.

Final payment and sales tax

Sales tax is figured on your final invoice, after final fabric choices and any changes, at the rate for your venue's location. The full invoice is due 7 days before your event.

Cancellations and rescheduling

More than 30 days before your event: any payment beyond the deposit is refunded. Or keep your booking alive by rescheduling: a further 20% payment, counted toward your final total, secures the new date, which puts 70% of the invoice paid at that point.

Within 30 days of your event: half of any payments beyond the deposit is refunded.

Within 7 days of your event: nothing is refundable.

Venue access and timing

We need clear access to the venue for load-in and strike at the times we agree. Stairs, elevator-only access or tight windows need to be shared up front. Outside the OKC metro, the hours our crew waits on site to tear down are added to your invoice, except when Bar-Key is behind the bar at your event.

Our gear

Drapes, hardware and rentals stay ours. Please keep candles, open flames, tape, pins and glue off them, and let us move them. Damage beyond normal wear from guests, venue staff or other vendors is billed at replacement cost.

Weather and safety

Outdoor installs depend on the weather. If wind, rain or heat makes an install unsafe for the crew or the guests, we'll change the plan with you or move it.

Photos

We may photograph our work at your event and share it to show what we do. Tell us before your event if you'd rather we didn't.
